We take the placements other providers decline. And we make them last.
Living Horizon was founded in 2012 by Waqas Rehman after 11 years as a Metropolitan Police officer. Today we run eight homes with 24/7 specialist staff, and many residents have had the longest placements of their adult lives with us.

Why commissioners place with us
Small houses on ordinary streets, staffed day and night by people who know each resident. The work is led by a founder who spent 11 years in policing and the 14 since building homes for people leaving secure hospital and custody.
We take referrals others decline
Secure-hospital step-downs, people leaving custody, homelessness, and behaviours that challenge.
In-person assessment within a day
With a comprehensive report, so you know quickly whether the placement will work.
Placements that last
